Q. What time does it start?

A. The event starts at 8:00 A with prayer. Volunteers should check in at the Volunteer Table between 8:00 A & 8:30 A.

 

Q. What if it rains?

A. The event is on rain or shine.  In the event of rain, everything that can come inside, will come inside.

 

Q. Where do I park?

A. Please drive to the school and the Parking Team will direct you exactly where to park.

 

Q. Will there be childcare?

A. Childcare will be provided for children 2 and under at each respective church.  Children 3 years - 5th grade can work with parents or hangout at kid care at the school. For those using childcare for 2 and under, you may drop off your child before going to registration at the school. Please plan to pick-up your child before 12:30.

 

Q. I am volunteering.  What am I doing and where should I go?

A. Check the volunteer assignments and find your name.  We made every effort to accommodate everyone's desired service area.  The leader for your service area should contact you prior to the event.  All volunteers should check-in at the volunteer registration table on Sunday.

 

Q. I want to volunteer but did not sign-up.

A. Check-in at the volunteer registration table.  I'm sure we can find someplace where you can let God shine through you.

 

Q. What should I bring?

A. Yourself...and any items you have lying around the house that might be useful for your assigned service project.

 

Q. What if someone gets hurt during the event?

A. There will be Safety/First Aid volunteers "on-call" during the event.  Any volunteer or service leader ought to be able to direct you.  Otherwise, go to the volunteer registration table.

 

Q. Are you feeding us?

A. Yes we will be providing lunch from 1:00 P - 1:30 P in the school cafeteria.
